This policy describes how Testament Sport Solutions LLC ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website, testamentsports.com. It does not cover athletics websites our clients publish with the Testament Athletics Engine; those are governed by each client's own policies.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, school or organization, role, topic and message. Along with your message, the form sends the referring site that brought you here and the list of pages on this site you viewed during that visit, so we can follow up with context. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to continue a conversation you started.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email through Amazon Web Services. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf under Google's own terms. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

The page list sent with a contact form is kept in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the tab. It is never sent anywhere unless you submit the form.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. This site is intended for athletic department staff and other professionals.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which also delivers form submissions to us. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business conversations. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email hello@testamentsports.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
